Meet our Team

Tobby - Technical Manager. Tobby leads the technical side of the business and has a life long passion for computers and technology. His experience in the world of technology spans more than two decades and includes help desk services, data base administration and website development. Tobby has years of practical experience and training across both Mac & PC operating systems.

Michael - Customer Service Manager. Michael runs our office, books appointments and liaises with our customers. Over the past 25 years Michael has developed a passion for service and an eye for detail. His background includes retail experience as well as team management and leadership in customer service driven businesses.

Victor - Technician. Victor joined our team in late 2010 and quickly established a reputation for attention to detail. Victor works alongside Tobby and is experienced with both Mac & PC operating systems. He is our resident expert on remote control set up and programming. Victor is fluent in Spanish.

Marcie - Customer Relations. Marcie is our newest Angel and contributes her exceptional customer service skills to the team. Marcie has a wonderful passion for learning and is strengthening and developing her technical skills. She is proficient in American Sign Language and is currently working part time as an English/ASL interpreter.

Brendan - Administration. Brendan assists us in the office and brings a lifetime of experience and first class customer service skills to the team. He is always smiling!
